Returns & Replacement Policy
Health supplements are deemed as non-returnable products (as is the case with some other items which are, by law, non-returnable for hygiene/health reasons; these include, but is/are not limited to, health supplements).
Products are non-refundable as stated on invoice.
- If you are for any reason dissatisfied with products purchased from us, you may return it to our office for repair or replacement, provided –
- you have the original tax invoice as proof of purchase;
- products are returned within 30 (thirty) days of purchase;
- the products have not expired;
- products are not damaged (including all packaging).
- Defective products may be returned prior to the lapse of 30 (thirty) days from the date of purchase.
- Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the products are defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and attend to it.
We reserve the right to send returned products for further assessment.
If you wish to return something that you purchased because the products you received is either damaged or not what you ordered, you can do so by:

sebastiansiebertsupplements.with your invoice number, details and a picture of the products that you have received and we will assist in sorting this out by contacting our manufacturer to either have it repaired or replaced depending on the situation. You can request that Sebastian Siebert Supplements collect the product in question within 48 hours of receiving the products. Sebastian Siebert Supplements will send a courier to collect the damaged/incorrect products, at our own cost, and replace it with the correct products. com
- If a replacement cannot be provided (e.g. due to product availability) a refund will be provided in accordance with the original sales tender type.
- The customer is responsible for the return of any products ordered in error and liable for any costs relating to the return. It is suggested that any returns are sent with an insured courier service as Sebastian Siebert Supplements is not liable for any loss or damage during the returns process.
- Returns and replacements are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and are generally processed within 3 working days.
- We do not accept any exchanges, but you are welcome to return the unopened and unused product (by following our returns policy).
- We do not guarantee that your products will be automatically repaired or replaced. The decision to repair or replace your products is solely at the discretion of management upon your return of the products, the original tax invoice has been provided and management has inspected the condition of the products returned.
- We reserve the right to ask you for photographs and written submissions detailing the reasons for the return before we process the repair or replacement, and we may withhold reasonable transport costs if required.
